	Howard Owen Gregor July 28, 1919 to February 17, 2010

Howard Owen Gregor age 90, died Wednesday February 17, 2010 at the Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa. Memorial service will be held 9:30am Saturday February 20, 2010 at the Goettsch Funeral Home in Anamosa. Rev. Laurie Riley will officiate at the service. Surviving are his son Valen (Marie) Gregor of Martelle; a brother Bill (Diane) Gregor of Des Moines; 7 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Selma; and a sister Irma Barr. Howard Owen Gregor was born July 28, 1919 in Solon, Iowa. He was the son of Oldrich and Albia Moses Gregor. Howard was a 1937 graduate of McKinley High School. On May 31, 1941 Howard and Selma Cole were united in marriage in Marion, Iowa. He worked most of his life for Iowa Steel & Iron Works in Cedar Rapids as a Forman. Howard enjoyed woodworking, fishing and dancing. He will be missed dearly by those closest to him.
