Amy Suzanne VonSprecken, age 54, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away on December 31st, 2020.  Amy was born on October 19, 1966 at Tyndall AFB Panama City, Florida.

She is survived by her her four children Adrian Kraus, Adam Kraus, Wil Shaw & fiancé Courtney Harmon, Megan & Travis Fish, her grandchildren Madison, Caroline & Aurora, her mother Sharon Scott, her sisters Angela & Travis Janko and Alison Sanders.

She is joined in death by her father Marvin VonSprecken, her step father Tom Schuster, her grandparents Leamon & Ione Scott and her grandmother Elizabeth Bender.

Some of her greatest accomplishments that she took the most pride in was her grandkids, cooking for others (In large amounts) and taking care of others, especially kids. Amy loved traveling, new experiences, live music, spending time playing with her grandkids, decorating for Halloween & being with friends.  Amy showed her love by cooking, giving and protecting her loved ones.  Amy loved harder and more fiercely than anyone.

She will be greatly missed by us all. We will love her forever and always.

The family is planning a celebration of life for Summer 2021. Details to come.  In lieu of flowers and memorials, donations may be made to the family.
