Isabelle Klaren age 57, of Iowa City formerly of Hopkinton,  died Saturday, July 10, 2021 at University Hospital, Iowa City following an extended illness.

Surviving are 4 siblings,  Christopher (Sharon) Klaren, Waterloo, Thomas Klaren, Cedar Rapids, Sara Klaren, Sean Klaren, both of Hopkinton, nieces and nephews, Brian, Joy, Derek, Elizabeth and  great-nephews,  Kayson Elijah and Hunter.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister-in-law Julie.

Isabelle Elizabeth Klaren was born July 29, 1963 at the John McDonald Hospital, Monticello, Iowa.  She was the daughter of Marvin and Sally Powers, Klaren.  Isabelle graduated from the Maquoketa Valley Schools in 1981 and received her Batchelors Degree in German as a Language from the University of Iowa.   She was employed by Johnson County in their SEATS Transportation Program as a scheduler for over 30 years.
