Jean Casper, 77, of Anamosa, died Monday, September 9, 2024, at Unity Point – St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.

Private graveside services for the family will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024. The family will greet friends from 12 to 1 pm Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa. Please use the Guestbook to share your thoughts, memories, and condolences with Jean's family.

Jean Marie Caspers was born October 10, 1946, in Monticello, the daughter of George and Erma (Schlotterbeck) Caspers. She graduated from Anamosa High School in the Class of 1964. She worked at Rockwell Collins until her retirement.

She loved horses and dogs and spent her youth showing and riding horses with her brothers and sisters. She loved bingo, cards, and trips to "the boat". She will be missed by all her knew her.

Jean is survived by her siblings: Connie Caspers Echols and Charlie, Brenda Caspers Echols, Riva Caspers Echols and Ray, Rick and Virginia Caspers, Randy and Rosann Caspers, Debbie Caspers Schmaljohn, and Rusty Caspers, as well as by many nieces and nephews.
