Jennifer Klaren, age 53, died Sunday, March 28, 2021 at her home following an extended illness.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 Wednesday morning, March 31, 2021 at the Oakwood Cemetery.   Rev. Edwin Moreano will officiate at the services.  Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello has taken Jenny and her family into their care.

Surviving is her husband, David, her son Josh, 2 granddaughters, Myah and NoElla and 3 sisters, Carolyn Dirks, Diane Adams and Linda (Bob) Kirkwood.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

Jennifer Sue Redmond was born, August 10, 1967 at John McDonald Hospital, Monticello, Iowa. She was the daughter of George and Betty Eiben, Redmond.  She graduated from the Monticello Community Schools with the class of 1983. Jennifer married David Klaren at Sacred Heart Church, Monticello in 1995. Jenny worked as a CNA at Monticello Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and at Shady Rest Care Center in Cascade.

Jenny loved spending time with her granddaughters and going for coffee at Darrell's in the morning.
