Julianne McMann, 79, of Martelle, died Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Unity Point St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.

Julianne Brady was born November 17, 1941 in Anamosa, the daughter of Arlo and Irene (Rodman) Brady. She grew up on the family farms near Center Junction and later Onslow and attended school in both Center Junction and Onslow.On July 25, 1959 she married Lowell McMann at the Lisbon Presbyterian Church in Lisbon. He died in 2005.

She was employed at Collins Radio in Anamosa, leaving later to raise her family. She was an avid reader, seamstress, and liked gardening, baking and making Christmas candy. She enjoyed cats, especially Callie.

She is survived by her children Chris (Cheryl) McMann, Wyoming, Kelly (Angie) Dennis-McMann, Cedar Rapids, Troy (Kit) McMann, Martelle and Erin McMann, Martelle, grandchildren Sean (Kari) McMann, Clarence and Darcy McMann, North Liberty, her siblings Ransom Brady, Center junction, Cindy (Jody) Ruley, Anamosa, a sister-in-law Clara McMann, Kahoka, MO, a brother-in-law Darrell (Pearl) McMann, Kirksville, MO, as well as by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and brothers-in-law Lavern and Billie McMann.
