June (Huffman) Serbousek, 99, of Anamosa, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022.

She was born in Roseville, IA on April 2, 1923 to Lee and Gladys Huffman. She was married 72 years to her husband and soulmate Leonard. They had one son, Alan Lee.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law Marlene, grandson Todd and Craig (Val) and her many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, son, and her siblings: Neva, Frances, Imogene, Betty, and Shirley.

June was our family's matriarch. She loved her family and all her dear friends.

Thanks to all the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Jones Regional Medical Center and pharmacy, the Anamosa Care Center, the Palliative care Team, and Above and Beyond Hospice for all their care, love, and support. God Bless you.

Per June's request, there will be no funeral.
