The family wishes to thank the staff of Cottage Grove Place for their care. A special thank you to Care Initiatives Hospice of Manchester for their loving care, support, and guidance. Without their team we would not have been able to spend these last three months with our Mom at home, where she was happiest. Their Hospice Team will always have a special place in our hearts.
