Sara Miller, 29, died unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.

Funeral services will be held, 1:00 Thursday afternoon, March 13, 2025, at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa where visitation will begin at 11:00. Interment will be in the Green Center Cemetery, Morley.   Pastor Sue Ellen Sherman will officiate at the services. Thoughts, Memories and Condolences may be left at www. goettschonline.com.

Surviving are her parents, Steve and Cheryl Miller, a brother Travis (Shayli) Miller, 3 nieces Adeline, Maryjane, Allison Ann, 2 nephews, Badger and Blakelyn and her maternal grandparents, Joe and Pauline Smith.    She was preceded by her paternal grandparents, Helen Grimes, Max and Georgia Miller.

Sara Jean Miller was born May 10, 1995, at Rochester, Minnesota, the daughter of Steve and Cheryl Smith, Miller.  Sara attended school at Vinton-Shellsburg, Grinnell and Edgewood Colesberg.  She graduated from the West Delaware Schools in 2014.   Sara was a cashier at Hardee's in Manchester.

When she wasn't working, she enjoyed reading poetry, romance novels and adventure stories.  She also enjoyed being with her cats.
