Terry Heady 64, died Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the Anamosa Care Center.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 11:00 until 12:45 at the Goettsch Funeral Home, Anamosa.  Graveside services will start at 1:00 at the Riverside Cemetery.

Surviving is his wife, Denise, his stepdaughter, Christine, 3 brothers, Eric (Brenda) Brokens, Kevin (Fran) Brokens, Everett (Kim) Heady, several nieces and nephews, and special friends Sam and Jeremy.  He was preceded by his parents and a great-nephew, Tyler.

Terry Harrison Heady was born December 14, 1960, in Anamosa, Iowa, the son of Edward and Daisy Rundle, Heady.  He graduated from the Anamosa Community Schools in 1979, where he was a member of the football and wrestling teams. Terry had various jobs over the years, mostly dealing with motorcycles.  He worked for John Parham before John was J&P Cycles.  Terry married Denise Bales on October 18, 2019.  Terry was a friend to many and always had a quick wit.   He could tell stories by the hour.  He will be missed.
